Fix CI regression: add missing enrich_window arg to enrich_with_commerce_par call sites

Root Cause

The enrich_with_commerce_par function signature was changed to take a 4th argument (enrich_window: usize) when COMMERCE_ENRICH_WINDOW was replaced by CommerceConfig.enrich_window, but 6 call sites were not updated:

• 2 production call sites (main /search path + second-pass enrichment)
• 4 test call sites (parallel enrichment tests)

Also fixed the enrich_window_is_wider_than_display_cap test which still referenced the removed COMMERCE_ENRICH_WINDOW constant.

Fix

• Added CommerceConfig::default().enrich_window as the 4th argument to all 4 test call sites
• Added state.commerce_config.enrich_window as the 4th argument to both production call sites
• Updated enrich_window_is_wider_than_display_cap to use CommerceConfig::default() instead of the removed constant

Verification

All 455 gateway tests pass (cargo test --locked in Docker container).
