Problem
Before EzyChat was connected, the Add EzyChat dialog showed "Counting chats..." under every history choice for ever. The page asked the server for the estimate only when EzyChat was already connected, so the value never arrived. It looked like the connector was stuck.
Fix
portal.js: the dialog always asks for the estimate, as the Gmail dialog does. Before the sign-in the server answers without counts (liveSamplereturnsnull), so the choices show the cost per chat.view.js: the note "Chat counts appear once EzyChat is connected" depends on the connection, not on the dialog mode, so the Reconnect dialog no longer shows it.Tests
