Confirm that transparent polygon and region highlights remain over the intended anatomy.

Acceptance Criteria

• Highlights align at the default scene size.
• Highlights remain aligned after resizing.
• Highlights remain aligned after zooming and panning.
• Highlights remain aligned after image rotation where supported.

Test / Verification

• Review highlights at multiple viewport sizes and image transformations.

Notes

• This is a key regression test for the editor.
