The scaffolded crate gets its description, keywords, crate documentation with an example, and tests: a regional client still calls location.origincloudapis.eu, and ListZones reads each zone's services. It is listed in the README and published with the other crates. The documentation check covers every published crate, so a new one needs no edit to CI.
A region picks a regional front door only for the services that have one; location, a global service, keeps its regionless host.

A service new to the API gets its crate scaffolded (crates//Cargo.toml and src/lib.rs, from the generator's template, and a workspace member): review its description and keywords before merging.
If CI fails, the API uses something the generator (generator/) doesn't support yet; extend it on this branch.
