Align the CLI and weave guides with contracts defining outcomes to achieve and conditions to maintain. Assessor and actor are roles, with agreement-required independence preserved; the current Jev/OpenAI setup remains a narrower implementation.
Opaque runner behavior, invocation duties and experimental qualification limits remain unchanged. Also repairs one existing readiness-section link. No runtime, resolver, registry or backend implementation changes.
Validation: 75 relative file/heading references pass; git diff --check passes. Documentation-only change; no model or runtime qualification claimed.
