Fortran-callable functions, since doxygen does not generate correct symbol names (they will all be named SUBROUTINE after that macro). The correct symbols are documented in the binaryDBInterface.f90 and computerConfigInterface.f90 files anyway. Ignore macro names for Fortran wrappers in the doxy processing.
its single-precision companion, the sDiskMatrixModule.f90 file. Use BLAS in some dm... subroutines. Remove subroutine dmFindMinConnections(), it is replaced by the local subroutine printMinConnections() in the reducer.f90 file.
Update CHANGELOG for FEDEM R8.2.0.
