Add doxy for the FFrVariableReference and FFrEntryBase classes.
in the FFaMsg.C file. Remove the ourStatuses stack and associated method for printing it (did not work and replaced in GUI sub-class). Add doxy for the FFaMsg class.

in anonymous namespace of the ReadOpImpl.C file. Change the default implementation of FFaReadOp::evaluate() such that the int and float specializations are not needed. Move the union of the variable pointer and next to private scope of the FFrVariableReference class and add the methods getWordLength() and getNumWords() for it. Add doxy for class FFrReadOp and the FFrEnums.H file.
Add doxy for FFrFieldEntryBase and FFrItemGroup.

A unit test for the new template method
FFrEntryBase::readVar()is added.Then fixing a dependency issue caused by this, on linux only.
Completing the doxy for FFaLib and FFrLib with minor cosmetic changes.
