Add missing doxy documentation for FFaFunctionLib.
methods are documented in the FiUserElmInterface.f90 file. Remove unnecessary \call[er]graph doxy commands.

Bump version tag for the initial R8.2 release.
Also updating some doxy, mainly related to Fortran wrappers for C++ libraries.
