Chapter 1's first line became "The Tao that can be made a way is not the ever-present Tao" on 2026-10-16 (taoteching#32). Three wiki pages still quoted "made into a way", which the translation's own ch. 1 notes now reject; gibran-kahlil.md, missed by the 2026-10-15 re-quote pass, still had Feng-English's "the Tao that can be named is not the eternal Tao"; and lao-tzu.md said the book "says the Tao cannot be spoken", which is the speech reading the translation sets aside. All logged in wiki/log.md. The generator names the site by its full title, "Open Classical Chinese Character Atlas & Glossary", and the corpus copy is regenerated from taoteching@cea7096 (only that line changes). Chapter 1's first line now reads "The Tao that can be made a way is not the ever-present Tao." It changed on 2026-10-16 in opencosmos-ai/taoteching#32. The wiki is ambient context in every opencosmos session, and its pages feed Cosmo's retrieval, but four pages still quoted earlier wordings:

lao-tzu.mdalso said the book "explicitly says the Tao cannot be spoken". That is the speech reading the translation sets aside, so it now quotes what the first two lines say.Every edit is logged in
wiki/log.md.Also: the generator now names the site by its full title, "Open Classical Chinese Character Atlas & Glossary".
sources/taoism-tao-te-ching.mdis regenerated from taoteching@cea7096. Only that title line changes, because today's 聖 entry changed no verse or notes. Not changed, and worth a look:
the-good.mdstill frames ch. 1 with "Both traditions acknowledge the limit of language". Line 2 (the name that can be named) supports that, but line 1 no longer reads as a claim about speech. Whether to reword it is your call.quotes:lintpasses. Thehealthcheck reports "All inline links resolve correctly", which is the line CI asserts. Its 12 broken references are pre-existing Shakespeare entries.🤓 + 🤖 Created by Shalom with the assistance of Claude Code
