Morph cli needs dependency updates and then publishing #31

Open

Description

@Br3nda

The published gem (morph-cli 0.2.5 on RubyGems) is broken on Ruby >= 3.2 - it calls File.exists?, which was removed in 3.2.

The main branch on this repo has already fixed this and more, per its own CHANGELOG.md under "[Unreleased]":

  • Ruby >= 3.2 support (drops File.exists?)
  • rest-client swapped for faraday
  • archive-tar-minitar swapped for minitar
  • safer YAML config loading
  • an actual test suite

None of that has ever been released to RubyGems, so gem install morph-cli still installs the broken 0.2.5. Needs a version bump and a real gem push.

(Found while working through the platform-detection issues in this repo - see openaustralia/morph#1538, openaustralia/morph#1530, openaustralia/morph#1532, openaustralia/morph#1540.)
