Track the PACK payload each
http-fetchprocess receives, including bytes from failed downloads. Report cumulative Trace2 counts so og can measure actual download traffic; exclude saved resume prefixes and HTTP error bodies.Emit periodic snapshots and a final measurement marker. Killed workers retain the last snapshot as a lower bound.
