Remove the arbitrary 64 KiB authentication-output limit and 4 KiB login-instruction tail limit.
Keep complete subprocess output and parse login instructions incrementally while preserving login URLs, device codes, account status, cancellation, and existing error handling. No truncation, replacement limit, credential heuristics, or new configuration is introduced.
