feat: stick と autostore の操作を Kansokusha に記録する - #656

Record container transactions (stick) and item pickups (autostore) to Kansokusha next to the CoreProtect integration. The Kansokusha jars are provided by a local Maven repository in libs/. CoreProtect に記録している箇所に Kansokusha への記録を追加します。CoreProtect 連携は変更していません。
kansokusha:container_transactionとして記録kansokusha:item_pickupとして記録（アイテムエンティティがある場合はその UUID を付与）Kansokushaプラグインが有効なときだけ動作し、失敗時は CoreProtect 連携と同様に無効化しますpaper-plugin.ymlにKansokushaを任意依存として追加libs/に擬似 Maven リポジトリとして配置（net.okocraft.kansokusha:kansokusha-api/kansokusha-paper0.0.1）依存
Kansokusha 側の公開ファサード
PaperExternalAuditEventsを使用します。okocraft/Kansokusha#295 がマージされ、正式な jar が公開されるまでは、libs/の jar はそのブランチからビルドしたものです。検証
