Summary

  • Empty TrustedModules seeds vlt with npm, npx, yarn, yarnpkg, corepack, and pnpm.
  • That default seed is not an explicit malware grant (MalwareTrustConflict=continue still needs a real trust entry).
  • Rebase of fix(trust): add vlt to default TrustedModules #19 onto current main after the malware-status rules change.

Test plan

  • go test ./modulefirewall

Empty TrustedModules must treat vlt like the other supported
package managers so it can re-sign after an upgrade. The seed
is not an explicit malware grant.
