Update the dependencies covered by #156, #157, and #158 together with the compatibility fixes their CI failures exposed. Preserve the Vue I18n security updates already on main.

  • Upgrade PDF.js to 6.4.299 and align the root override. Adapt SuperDoc's data URL to the new getDocument({ url }) API so PDF previews still render.
  • Upgrade WaveSurfer to 8.0.3 and infer the regions instance type from its plugin factory.
  • Refresh Biome (locked at 2.6.4), Lucide Vue (1.63.0), Vue Virtual (3.13.49), SuperDoc (2.27.0), and the Tauri CLI (2.12.4). These include the newer compatible releases available since the grouped Dependabot PR opened.
  • Migrate the Biome schema and apply its required README table formatting.

Validation: make check, npm run typecheck, npm run audit, the production web build, and desktop frontend generation pass. Existing non-blocking lint/dependency warnings remain. A headless Chromium smoke check exercised SuperDoc PDF canvas rendering and selectable text with PDF.js 6, plus WaveSurfer region creation and resizing.

Supersedes #156, #157, and #158; their upgrades are included here.
