The off-chain wiring for EURC-30NOV26. Its setup landed on 2026-10-30 at 05:35 UTC. This PR is config plus one pager fix. Nothing here is live until it is copied to the box and applied, and the series stays closed (cap 0) either way.

• The pager labelled EURC as cNGN. series_label read baseSymbol and fell back to cNGN, but EURC_FUTURE_V2.json names the series in symbol. So EURC was labelled cNGN-30NOV26, both in messages and in the SecurityModule coverage key, where one series' entry could overwrite the other's. The fix prefers symbol, and the self-test now covers it. Read against the chain, the reader gives EURC-30NOV26: closed, MM 4% / IM 6%, mark 1.120367.

• perp-pager.env: FUTURE_V2_ARTIFACTS names both series' artifacts in the pager's checkout.

• engine-keeper-v2.env: FUTURE now lists both futures. The keeper has taken a list since feat(keepers): v2 expiry keeper, engine keeper instance, pager checks (#258) #281, so no code changes.

• future-feeds-v2-eurc-30nov26.env (new): the publisher instance numo-future-feeds-v2@eurc-30nov26, with:

  • the EURC index feed and the new forward feed
  • sub ID 1796054400 and carry −1.5%
  • the same KMS signer, and its own relayer forward_relayer_key_v2_eurc

  The publisher clamps every mark to the contract's band (3% narrowing to 0.5%).

• infra/aws/variables.tf: future_series adds EURC-30NOV26: linear, 1,000 EURC a contract, amount_scale 1e15 (1 EURC). A plan from this branch replaces only the markets and matcher task definitions (FUTURE_SERIES).

• DEPLOYED_ADDRESSES.md: records that setup landed.

The box needs no new code: exchange-future-v2 at 840526a already runs a v2 EURC series. Only exchange-pager moves, to pick up the label fix.

Tests: check_perp_pager.py --self-test ok; terraform fmt -check ok.
