🎯 Description of Changes

Redesigns the 404 page (404.html) so it feels welcoming and visually consistent with the rest of the DISCOVER Cookbook, and so it works properly on phones and for keyboard and screen-reader users.

🌐 Language support

• Searchable by native name (हिन्दी), English name (Hindi), or language code (hi).
• Languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian, Greek, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Persian, Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai.
• Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu automatically switch the page to right-to-left.
• <html lang>, dir and the page title update when the language changes.
• Language detection order: URL path, then referrer, then saved preference, then browser language (new).
• Storage access and referrer parsing are wrapped in try/catch, so a blocked localStorage or a malformed referrer no longer breaks the page.

♿ Accessibility

• Visible keyboard focus on all interactive elements.
• Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers, and the "404" graphic has a text label.
