Picks up go-api-client 0d25c7ea, go-telemetry 5b37f1ad, iac b916f8e and/or infra-sdk 26cfc166 (whichever this module consumes), which bump x/net, x/crypto, x/mod, x/text, otel/sdk and grpc to their patched versions.
