PBS container crash-loops on Commit-Boost v0.10+ (commit-boost-pbs: not found) #228

Summary
install/deploy/scripts/start-pbs.sh execs /usr/local/bin/commit-boost-pbs. That binary was removed in Commit-Boost v0.10.0, when the CLI, PBS, and signer were merged into a single commit-boost binary with subcommands (commit-boost-client#425). The v0.11.0 PBS image only installs /usr/local/bin/commit-boost and its entrypoint is commit-boost pbs.
Hyperdrive 1.3.0 still ships the old launcher, so overriding the PBS container tag to v0.11.0 (or any v0.10+) makes hyperdrive_pbs restart forever with exit 127. Attestations are unaffected. Proposals fall back to a local block while the container is down.

Seen on Hyperdrive v1.3.0, mainnet, after setting the Commit-Boost container tag to v0.11.0 (released 2026-10-05). The same script is on main today.
