  • authorized penetration tests / red team engagements
  • bug bounty programs within scope
  • systems you own or have written permission to test

Prohibited use

The following are strictly forbidden:

  • unauthorized access, scanning, or exploitation
  • attacking third-party systems without permission
  • using ADA-generated commands for illegal activity

User responsibility

If you use ADA (or commands produced by ADA) to cause harm or break the law:

  • you alone are fully responsible
  • the developer nightsamuraisec accepts no criminal or civil liability
  • “I used ADA / nightsamuraisec’s tool” is not a defense and does not implicate the developer

Full legal terms: README.md

Reporting security issues in ADA itself

If you find a vulnerability in this repository (XSS in the UI, unsafe defaults, etc.), open a GitHub issue or contact the maintainer nightsamuraisec.
Do not use this channel to request help with unauthorized testing of third-party systems.

Scope clarification

Third-party tool names (Nmap, SQLMap, Metasploit, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
ADA is not affiliated with those projects.
