Migrates 7 KB articles from the staging repo for Ben Richmond's SME review. Applied Vale/Dale/Derek polish and verified terminology and paths against current 8.2 product docs. Restores the Palo Alto cross-link in winhttp-connection-terminated- abnormally.md and error-hub-connection-failed-500-server-message.md, per the pending-migration notes left in those files' HTML comments.
Made change to Palo Alto credential login script.
Complete agent file re-work. New descriptions provided and additional files added.
Re-added KB article hyperlink for [Error: Hub Connection Failed (500 Server Message)](../troubleshooting-and-errors/error-hub-connection-failed-500-server-message.md)
