Reorder on the course page was hard to find, and on a phone you couldn't do it at all: the grip hung 18px off a row that's already pulled into the gutter, so it ended up off screen.

What changed

  • ReorderList gets a numbered option for row lists. Each row shows its place in mono in a 22px lane, swaps to the pencil strokes when you hover the number (only on devices that can hover), and every number updates live while you drag so you see the new order before letting go.
  • Course page uses it. From md up the numbers sit in the page margin and the rows stay on the column. Below md they take the lane, and the done rows step in to match.
  • Next to the Tasks eyebrow a Caveat note says which order it is: "most pressing first" until anything's been placed, "in your order" after.
  • A FirstNote explains the drag once, and disappears for good after the first placement (read off task positions, not a dismissed flag).
  • readmedesign.md updated: Rearranging by hand + The course page.

Separate from this diff: the live Supabase project was missing two repo migrations, add_task_sort_order (the cause of the reorder_tasks error) and day_ending_hour_to_nine. Both are applied now.

Checked: npm run typecheck and npm run lint pass. I ran it locally on local data at 1400px and 390px, dragged task 5 to the top, and the order held after a reload at both sizes.

The grip hung 18px off a row already pulled into the gutter, so on a phone
it sat off the glass and a course's tasks could not be reordered there at
all. On a laptop it was a faint pair of strokes nobody found.

ReorderList rows can now be numbered: the place in mono in a 22px lane of
its own, swapping to the strokes under a cursor, renumbering live while a
row is carried. The course page uses it, says which order the numbers are
("most pressing first" / "in your order") beside the header, and explains
dragging once with a FirstNote until anything has been placed.
