countedAssessments(lib/derive.ts): the worst marks already in are dropped first. One mark always stays counting, and any drops left over come off papers still to come, so the group total is still what the outline says.MCP_SETUP.mdandreadmedesign.mdupdated.Typecheck, lint and the grading tests pass locally.
