Drop rules ("best 5 of 7 count") only existed when Claude proposed a scheme. This adds them to the scheme editor so anyone can set them by hand.

  • + ignore the lowest scores… in the editor: a stepper for how many go, chips for which pieces. Sibling pieces (Quiz 1 to Quiz 7) are picked already.
  • Stored as the same { group, keep } rules the connector writes, so the two paths are one thing. Rules from a proposal show up in the editor as a drop count.
  • The draft total follows the rule while editing.
  • lib/grading-drop.ts + tests (added to npm test), readmedesign.md updated.

Typecheck, lint and the new tests pass locally.

Drop rules only existed when a proposal arrived through the connector. The
editor now has '+ ignore the lowest scores…': a stepper for how many go and
chips for which pieces, with sibling pieces (Quiz 1..7) picked already.
