Pointing at a course in the sidebar swaps its open count for a play disc in the course tint. One click starts an untimed sitting on that course and opens the timer.
Mouse only (a touch screen has no hover and keeps the start at the foot), and it shows on the full rail, not the collapsed strip. Spec line added to
readmedesign.md.typecheck and lint pass locally.
