Members cannot take back a photo they uploaded by mistake.
DELETE /member/events/{EventId}/photos/{PhotoId}removes the photo and returns the updated event. Only the assigned member or an admin can call it, and only while the event is accepted or committed, the same rules as upload. The OSS object is deleted after the database row; a failed object delete is logged and does not fail the request.
