Total identity change across 451 files: product name, CLI binary (claude -> sirgent), env vars (CLAUDE_*/ANTHROPIC_* -> SIRGENT_*), domains (claude.ai -> sirgent.ai, code.claude.com -> code.sirgent.ai), npm packages, GitHub org references, and the CLAUDE.md convention -> SIRGENT.md. Renamed 18 brand-carrying paths including GitHub workflows (claude.yml -> sirgent.yml), the MDM profiles, the Opus migration plugin, mod hook modules, and every .claude-plugin/ dir -> .sirgent-plugin/. README rewritten with a terminal/hacker aesthetic: ASCII wordmark, boot-sequence banner, tree-style layout, and green-on-black badges. Both branches rebranded the same files independently. This resolves the conflicts by taking main's versions (commit fcdd4b0), which carry the same SirGent AI branding while keeping functional identifiers (claude CLI, @anthropic-ai/claude-code, claude-code-action) intact.
