Kap's artwork moves to src/utils/kap-art.ts as SVG markup shared by the app and the API; the React mascot draws accessories from the same strings. Server cards (run, profile, challenge) read the look from the owner's synced account prefs, limited to items their synced achievements unlock, and fall back to the plain Kap. The weekly recap and duel cards draw the local look. CARD_VERSION 5 refreshes cached previews.
