16 items across keycap colour, head, eyes and wear, each unlocked by an achievement. The Wardrobe opens from the streak panel, the command palette and the achievement toast (which names what a badge unlocks). The look is stored per device, synced to the account, and Kap wears it in the header, streak panel and streak celebration. Locked or unknown items are dropped from a stored look, so synced data can never show gear not yet earned.
