Summary
Plan now prepares the whole requested scope, keeps unanswered product interviews open with host-dependent wait/resume, and requires owner provenance for a reduced execution scope. Ready small cohesive work launches ordinary SkipHow; substantial coordinated work launches longrun, preserving a workflow the owner already selected.
Question framing leaves consequential alternatives open instead of treating a recommendation as a settled constraint. The owner keeps product decisions; the lead keeps algorithms, architecture, schemas, checks, task sizing, and routing. Historical grilling/provenance mechanisms are retained; exhaustive interviews, mandatory design approval, technical menus, and new state remain rejected.

Notes
Compatible optional-workflow MINOR release 6.3.0. Package layout and installation are unchanged, so fresh clean-install runs are unnecessary. New behavioral scenarios, causal improvement, activation, continuity, and savings remain UNVERIFIED; no paid package comparison was run. No private transcript or application data is published. The release publishes its per-capability validation matrix and site from the exact integrated tag.
