Update Canary to v1.6.3

Updates the pending Canary package to 1.6.3 and refreshes its six Marketplace screenshots. Retains the existing batched install, upgrade, and startup packaging changes on the release branch.

Supersedes #1017 and carries forward its pending packaging changes. The release script renamed the fork branch from canary-v1.6.2 to canary-v1.6.3, closing the previous PR.

Validation:

• Built canary.tar.gz with mynode-sdk build canary and inspected the archive.
• git diff --check passed.
• Canary's multi-architecture Docker images were built and pushed, and the local v1.5.2 → 1.6.3 regtest upgrade gate passed.

Live myNode installation, upgrade, browser authentication, persistence, and restart tests were skipped with --skip-mynode-test because the device was unavailable. This PR awaits human review and live device validation.
