switch domain to muslimtify.org and add analytics into this project

What Changes?

• url in docusaurus.config.ts moves from https://muslimtify.vercel.app to https://www.muslimtify.org, and the old domain already 308-redirects there.
• The vercel-analytics plugin is registered, with @docusaurus/plugin-vercel-analytics pinned at 3.10.2.
