Clean formatting baseline and public APIs

In this PR, I:

• Cleaned the SwiftFormat baseline, removed existing compiler warnings
• Corrected the sidebar overflow API spelling with a deprecated compatibility alias
• Exposes modal presentation configuration publicly

It does not introduce breaking changes.

Removed the legacy luminareSizebarOverflow path since the typo probably only made the code harder to read anyway. I also had to reformat the code according to the latest SwiftFormat release, but otherwise, all of your changes look great!
