Summary

• 캐릭터 생성 중 사용자가 취소할 수 있는 엔드포인트를 추가
• 취소하면 진행 중인 잡이 결과를 폐기, 차감했던 일일 생성 횟수(ImgGenLog)를 환불
• 기존 "실패 시 환불" 패턴을 그대로 재사용하여 DB 스키마 변경(마이그레이션) 없음
