Rename the package, Julia module, source entry point, and StatsModels extension from CoordinateDescent to HighDimensionalModels. Propagate the rename through active imports, documentation, examples, benchmark environments, and tests. The approved GitHub repository rename is already complete. Retain the new gap-stopping behavior from current master.
Develop workspace dependencies recursively from sibling master checkouts, including transitive dependencies and test extras on Julia 1.10. Add the master bootstrap/test runner, naming guard, and matching CI/development instructions. Package versions and UUIDs are unchanged; historical benchmark environments/results remain frozen.
Prerequisite migration PRs: ProximalSolvers.jl #93, KernelSmoothing.jl #78.
Coordinated merge order: ProximalBase.jl #111 and KernelSmoothing.jl #78; then ProximalSolvers.jl #93 and FunctionalDataAnalysis.jl #32; then HighDimensionalModels.jl #95; then CovarianceSelection.jl #33; finally DiffPrecTest.jl #12 and FunctionalGraphicalModels.jl #11.
Validation: Linux LTS/current, macOS, and Windows test suites pass. Examples and documentation also pass; the full test matrix was rerun after ProximalSolvers #93 merged.
Coverage uploads initially failed because Codecov rejected the former repository slug. Follow-up #96 uses the current lowercase slug and is merged with the full test matrix, documentation, and both Codecov checks passing. No coverage policy or threshold was relaxed.
