fix: specify IB order time in force for paper lifecycle tracking

Summary

Send DAY time in force explicitly for IB orders. Gateway order presets then cannot alter that field after submission, which left the paper qualification replacement order untrackable. Document the behavior.

Evidence

• Paper runs 35774264456 and 35774685956 reproduced the failure against an authenticated paper Gateway.
• The new unit assertions failed before the change and passed after it.
• A local authenticated paper exercise completed connect, submission, reconnect, reconciliation, replacement, cancellation, and cleanup with the change.
• The provider contract test now requires new IB evidence when the adapter changes.
• Local checks: 1,051 tests passed, 29 skipped; Ruff, ty, strict MkDocs, package build, and commit hooks passed.

This fixes a release blocker tracked by #92. Full candidate qualification and six-hour IB evidence are still required before 0.1.3 publication.
