PHP runtime

• Upgrades the shared application image and PHP CI job from PHP 8.2 to PHP 8.4.
• Laravel 12 and the locked Composer graph support PHP 8.4; no framework or dependency migration was required.
• PHP 8.4 receives security support through 31 December 2028, while PHP 8.2 ends security support on 31 December 2026.

Security compatibility

• Preserves rejection of the IPv6 documentation range 2001:db8::/32, whose treatment by FILTER_FLAG_NO_RES_RANGE differs on PHP 8.4.

Recent Preview

• Verified 30-day retention in production: 221 files / 18 MiB; no entries older than 30 days; scheduled bounded cleanup is running. No retention code change.

Scope and validation

• No provider, Share/Save, OPFS, UI, or feature changes.
• No server disk cleanup was performed.
• PHP 8.4 platform checks, 198 PHP tests / 1547 assertions, Pint, 102 JS tests, Vite/icons, 330 Python tests, Ruff, pip-audit, Docker build/runtime validation all pass.
