What and why

llms.txt is the index AI tools read to learn about this repo. It told them there is one plugin, winappcli, for Copilot and Claude, so an agent reading it would never suggest the winui plugin or Codex. It also listed only 8 of the 14 winappcli skills.

Now it lists both plugins, winappcli and winui, with links to each plugin's agent and skills folder. It also gives the same Copilot CLI, Claude Code, and Codex install commands as README.md and the Learn overview (docs/README.md).

Checked locally:

• Invoke-Pester on scripts\tests\live-schema.Tests.ps1, filtered to "AI documentation command reference" (the test that reads llms.txt): passed.
• All six new GitHub links return HTTP 200.

Not tested / risks

• I didn't run the Copilot CLI and Claude Code install commands. They're the ones README.md already gives, and [Feature]: Point the public winui and winappcli plugin listings at this repo's releases #1260 tracks testing them. The Codex commands were tested in Prepare the winui and winappcli plugins for marketplace listings #1261.

Notes for reviewers

• The per-skill list is replaced by links to the skill folders, so it can't fall behind again. It had drifted to 8 of 14 skills and called them auto-generated; they're hand-written (see AGENTS.md).
• copilot plugin install microsoft/WinAppCli still works through the root plugin.json, but it installs only winappcli. The marketplace commands match README.md and install both plugins.
• "Codex loads the skills only": both .codex-plugin/plugin.json manifests declare skills and no agents.
