Improve error handling for ConnectorClient and UserTokenClient #153

Currently we check for status codes greater than or equal to 400 and raise errors in those cases. aiohttp ClientSession objects can be configured to automatically handle a maximum number of redirects (according to a quick search), so receiving a 300 is possible.
