Two things that bite when composing components:
- key input is
handleKey on most components but update on Calendar, Notification, SortableTable, Spinner, Timer, Toast and VirtualList
- 34 components have a fallible
view, 7 still return []const u8 and swallow allocation errors with catch {}
Settling on handleKey + fallible view everywhere would let a focus manager or container drive any component without special casing. Models already went fallible in #132, so this is just finishing the job.
