Subject: [PATCH] Remove the mesh-analysis console script

The mesh-analysis tool is an analysis UI built on
dash, plotly and pyarrow. None of those are packaged for
OpenWrt or defined in the package dependencies.
The generated /usr/bin/mesh-analysis entrypoint can never run.
Drop it so the package does not ship a broken executable.
