RUSTSEC-2026-0414: pulldown-cmark 0.13.4 grows its event list exponentially on `[[a|]]` wikilinks when ENABLE_WIKILINKS is set. The crate reaches this workspace only through Slint's compiler, which does not enable wikilinks, so nothing here was reachable; the bump keeps the scheduled cargo-audit run green.
Built by CI from 889b453 (artifact logi-tf-relay-889b453). Cargo.lock is one of the relay's sources, so the committed binary has to follow it.

Clears RUSTSEC-2026-0414 (pulldown-cmark 0.13.4, exponential event growth with ENABLE_WIKILINKS), which has failed the scheduled cargo-audit run since 2026-11-02. The crate reaches the workspace only through Slint's compiler, which does not enable wikilinks, so nothing was reachable; this keeps the audit green. logi-wheel-gui compiles against 0.13.6 locally.
