Version bump, lock refresh and the changelog heading for 0.42.6 (the G923 PS edition oops on unplug and unload that took the USB bus with it, #127; the TrueForce set-up replies documented, #131), plus a CREDITS line for the
modprobe -rreproduction. The shipped relay is refreshed from this branch's CI artifact before merge.
