-R <owner>/<repo>without saying it comes from origin's fetch URL; neither loads Opening a PR, and in this checkoutgh repo viewnames cursor/plugins (a baregh pr diff 205returned Add Navan plugin (third_party/navan) cursor/plugins#205). Same fix as shipping.md:17,21. - autopilot-full.md:8 names five finding categories once, then says only "security" three times; define the shorthand once.

The existing disclosure-policy correction merged in #246 and is present on main. The remaining standalone repository-reader binding corrections are included in the independently reviewed caller census for #243, which remains held for repair. The earlier resolved notes and intentional conservative counter behavior retain their audit dispositions. This issue stays open until the remaining existing-contract work is resolved.

The remaining standalone repository-reader corrections merged in #243. Together with #246, this resolves the accepted existing-contract items in this issue. The previously resolved notes and intentional conservative failure-count behavior retain their audit dispositions.
