poteto-mode: tighten the third-FAIL stop and finding bar from #176 #177
Description
Non-blocking notes from the round-2 verdict on #176 (#176 (comment)).
autopilot-full.mdstep 4 does not say whether the third-FAILcount includes the current round. Counting it gives the owner two fix-forwards.- The count should read verdict blocks the way
verdict.tsdoes: the first four lines, from a trusted commenter, well-formed. It also needs an operator reset after the stop, and the hourly tick must not re-file the same follow-up issues. - The stack tick (
autopilot-stack.mdstep 2) and the multi-phase tick prompt reach the stop only through "audit against the playbook". The real enforcement is step 4's pre-fix-forward check. - "Recorded run" is undefined. The verdict a round posts while a security ask is open is unspecified. An in-scope security finding (fix it) is not separated from an out-of-scope one (ask).
babysit.mdsays "new diff", whileopening-a-pr.mdsays "final diff". Both should mean the PR's full diff at the current head.- From round 1: a non-owner subagent that opens a PR never reports merge-ready, so the provisional-body rule never fires for it.

Closed by #205. Items 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 landed there (item 6: a non-owner subagent's PR URL post now counts as its report, so the provisional-body rule fires). Item 3 was dropped on purpose: #176's own verdict calls it a backstop gap, and #205's FAIL-round counter now makes the stop mechanical. Item 4 uses the root's security default, revised in #205 so no security finding is filed publicly.
