elevator is an extension for Quarto that provides a shortcode wrapping Elevator.js: a back-to-top button that rides the page up slowly, with elevator music, and dings on arrival.
Animation is only available for HTML-based documents.
quarto add mcanouil/[email protected]This will install the extension under the _extensions subdirectory.
If you're using version control, you will want to check in this directory.

example.qmd is a short, standalone starting point you can copy.
