Skills are now distributed only through the
npx skillsCLI, so the invocation section no longer mentions Claude plugin installs and now matches the shared reference wording (one frontmatter setting read by Claude Code and OpenCode). Also ignores the files thatnpx skills addwrites (.agents/skills/,.claude/skills/,skills-lock.json).
