Fix SELinux access for the control container and student bind mounts.
Preserve demo mode’s /config named volume.
Update mount and lifecycle tests; document the decision.
Validation: 416 tests pass, typecheck, lint, and Compose config checks pass. Fedora SELinux verification pending.
