- ci: a ci-ok job that needs every other job, for ci-rule
- ci: run the python, static and agents checks inside the CI workflow, under ci-ok
- docs: point at the CI workflow that now runs python/static/agents
ci-rule will require this one check in every marola repo, with no bypass actors (marola-dev/marola#787). It passes when every needed job passed or was skipped. Closes #111 Tested: actionlint; YAML parses; needs lists every job Co-Authored-By: Claude <[email protected]>
