render_map_tool: fullscreen button #286
Description
Problem
The page tracks the host's display mode (currentDisplayMode, from ui/notifications/host-context-changed), but users have no way to ask for a bigger map. Inline maps are about 500 px tall, which is tight for routes across a city or for a list of results.
Proposal
Add a fullscreen button in the top-left controls, under Satellite/Traffic (#278). It requests the fullscreen display mode from the host (MCP Apps display-mode request; in ChatGPT, requestDisplayMode). When the host says the mode changed, the map resizes and refits, and the side list (#262) has room to open.
Notes
- Hide the button when the host doesn't support display-mode requests.
- In fullscreen, use the side list rather than the bottom carousel (see render_map_tool: bottom carousel for place results on narrow/inline maps #283).
